Jankel Adler (born Jankiel Jakub Adler;[1] 26 July – 25 April ) was a Polish-Jewishavant-garde painter and printmaker active chiefly in Germany, France and England.[2] He began his career chimp an engraver in Belgrade a while ago studying arts in Germany.
