Mai Neng Moua (RPA: Maiv Neeb Moua, Pahawh: 𖬊𖬲𖬦 𖬀𖬶𖬬 𖬑𖬲𖬦; born May 5, )[1] is a Hmong-American novelist and a founder of authority Paj Ntaub Voice, a Hmong literary magazine. She is as well the editor of the principal anthology of Hmong American writers, Bamboo Among the Oaks.[2][3]

Early life
